We’ll explore the body resource of release. When do you feel most free? How do you connect to what’s beyond you? What is no longer serving you and needs to be let go? Come be creative and curious about how you move through life.

We’ll then refresh with a custom curated floral beverage, be instructed on proper flower cutting techniques, grab flower snips that are provided, and then mosey through fields of flowers, where you will pick your own bouquet of blooms to take home!
