Come learn about Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, an evidence supported psychotherapy intervention that effectively treats anxiety, depression, trauma, and other symptoms. What trauma is and how anxiety and depression are often symptoms of trauma will be discussed. There will be an experiential practice where you will create an EMDR resource through guided visualization that you can use at home to self-regulate and calm your nervous system.
