I found this book to have a ton of valuable information and detailed protocols to treat an overactive brain, endocrine system, or immune system. He shares techniques to learn and practice managing your thoughts and emotions. It’s hard to imagine anyone reading this book and not taking away some useful tips! Read it. It was great.
