Come RETREAT, RECHARGE, and WELCOME in 2022 with intention! This mini retreat will use all five of our senses, meditation, and movement to release 2021 and welcome 2022.

Bring: Please wear comfortable, layered clothing and bring water, a yoga mat, and coloring utensils (crayons, markers, or colored pencils).
