Come join us for a hike at Willow River State Park! Come connect with yourself, others, your body, and nature.
Location: Willow River State Park, Hudson, WI. We will meet at the Willow Falls parking lot (to the right inside the main entrance down the gravel road).
Plan: We will hike the Willow Falls Trail to the Nelson Farm Trail looping back to the parking area via the Oak Ridge and Pioneer Trails. This is about a 6-7 mile hike and we will pass the falls and walk through forest and prairie. Come prepared for some big hills and a decent pace!
Bring: Please dress appropriately for the weather, wear good hiking shoes, and bring water, sunscreen, and bug repellent.
RSVP: Please RSVP via Facebook event so we know who to expect! If severe weather, this event will be cancelled by 8:30am on Facebook. This park requires a WI State Park pass.
Hosts: Leah Masonick, Life & Transformation Coach who supports people that are looking to reconnect with who they are after living a life that looked good on the outside. She’s currently studying to become a Forest Bathing Guide to further help clients by encouraging wellbeing through nature connection. www.leahmasonick.com
