How to Be Steady in an Unsteady World

Life is constantly happening in and around us. Certain things we welcome wholeheartedly and other things we resist. One of the great skills of life is learning how to remain steady in an unsteady world. I believe our three greatest resources in this pursuit are 1) body-based movement, 2) nature, and 3) community.

In partnership with Inspiring Actions in River Falls, I’ll be facilitating the workshop How to Be Steady in an Unsteady World on Sunday, April 11th, 2021 from 9:30-11:30am. Click the link for more details or to register.

The last movement workshop we co-hosted was a powerful, emotional experience of being witnessed and supported in our humanness. There was a sort of magic that came over the studio space and those of us in attendance. If you are at all curious, join us or reach out with questions.

For more practical ways to remain steady see this past blog post,  9 Ways to Remain Steady in an Unsteady World. And know that I will be hosting more movement-based workshops this summer outside! Stay tuned!
