We are Human Machines! Lifestyle Series Part III: FOOD  

As human beings, we have basic needs for survival: water, air, food, shelter, and sleep. How well we are getting our basic needs met is often linked to how well we feel. If you think of us as human machines, the quality of what we input shows up in the quality of the output. Our bodies require various raw nutritional input to be able to build the proper levels of hormones and neurotransmitters, and for our body systems to work optimally. 

If you are not feeling well, assess your nutritional input. How could you improve it? Do you need to educate yourself on nutrition? Do you need to seek the counsel of an expert? Should you purchase a CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) membership?
