In Open Floor we work with the 4 Relational Hungers: solitude, connection, belonging, and spirit, and the 4 Dimensions of Embodiment: physical, emotional, mind, and soul. During this last Phase of my Open Floor training, we’re focusing on SPIRIT and SOUL! All classes over the next several months will be moving with SPIRIT and SOUL. Come checkout a SOUL MOVES class and the Sweet Surrender MINI RETREAT Turn-of-the-Year on NYE Day, 12/31/23.

The gift of an embodied soul is connecting to something beyond ourselves, to sense deep meaning in life, and to be with all that is around and in us (the natural world, others, and presence of self). Working with embodied soul allows us to:

  • Tap into Lifeforce/Source/God energy

  • Enliven

  • Navigate via our internal compass as we make life choices

  • Cultivate authenticity, creativity, and intuition

  • Dance with mystery and uncertainty

Open Floor is a resource-based, mindful movement practice meant to cultivate awareness, intention, and to connect and support us in navigating life with ease. What we practice on the dance floor, carries over into the world on the street, in our homes, and at work.
