Bibliotherapy: It’s Not Your Money: How to Live Fully from Divine Abundance by Tosha Silver

My business coach gifted me this book. It actually was not so much a book about money, but more a review on yogic and Buddhist principles.

Whatever you call IT, universal energy, life-force energy, chi, prana, ki, love, or God, IT runs through every living thing, we are all one of the same source, and part of IT.

Each lifetime a soul is born for a distinct purpose. We are each on a certain soul path. The universe acts through us, “…knowing how to open, give, receive, and serve the flow” is our calling. When we resist, we suffer, when we radically accept what is, we open to the divine flow.

Silver encourages releasing and clearing, literally and figurately, to allow more space for whatever is meant to come (ie. clothes, garage, burning journals, etc.). I was reminded of the power of prayer and mantra. “Let everything that needs to go, go. Let everything that needs to come, come.” Many times, in life, I have written powerful mantras and prayers that have guided me and kept me attuned to flow.

“The power of constant incoming grace, the joy of receiving, the arrival of synchronicity after synchronicity, like crashing waves onto the sacred shore of your life- now that is true abundance.” Let that settle into your bones.

Try writing yourself a mantra or prayer and recite it daily. If you need support in finding the flow, creating space, or releasing emotional hurt and trauma from the past, EMDR may be a great therapy for you. Connect with me to learn more.
