Bibliotherapy: The Right Book at the Right Time

I often say, “Everything there is to know, it can be found in a book.” The right book at the right time, can be a powerful complement to therapy.

In My Grandmother’s Hands: Racialized Trauma and the Pathway to Mending Our Hearts and Bodies, Resmaa Manakem, does a deep dive into how racialized trauma impacts white-bodies, black-bodies, and police-bodies.
